The highly rigid, fully adjustable KYB 43mm inverted front fork on the KX™112 motorcycle provides excellent damping characteristics and bottoming resistance, allowing riders to attack the track without sacrificing ride comfort. The addition of a rebound damping adjuster gives riders the ability to precisely refine their settings to match track conditions and personal preferences. The Uni-Trak® rear suspension is now fully-adjustable with both low- and high-speed compression adjusters. The rear wheel travel has been increased to 12-in to match full-size KX™ models contributing to greater control at higher speeds and improved bump absorption.
Just like the larger KX™ models, the KX™112 motorcycle is equipped with petal disc brakes front and rear. The front brake disc diameter has been increased from 220mm to 240mm and the rear brake disc diameter from 184mm to 220mm. Also, the master cylinder and caliper body are now the same Nissin units used on the KX™250.
The KX™112 motorcycle features 19-in front and 16-in rear wheels wrapped in Dunlop Geomax MX34 tires offering increased traction, stronger grip under braking, enhanced cornering grip, more effective slide control, and improved mud-shedding ability.
Equipped with a sturdy high-tensile steel perimeter frame designed to harness the engine’s power, offers the advantages of strength and torsional rigidity, allowing riders to push harder on the track.

CHASSIS PERFORMANCEA COMPETITIVE EDGE
A large 43mm inverted front fork features both adjustable compression and rebound damping for a more precise suspension setup, while the fully-adjustable Uni-Trak® rear suspension is just as versatile. Larger brake rotors along with Dunlop’s latest Geomax MX34 tires offer enhanced grip and stopping power.
Designed to deliver ample power across the rev range and strong top-end performance, the 112cc, 2-stroke engine offers winning potential in highly competitive classes. The KX™112 motorcycle also benefits from strong low-end torque, helping propel riders forward in a wide variety of racing situations.
A 6-speed transmission complements the engine power and manual pull-type clutch actuation offers smooth operation. A separate clutch cover provides easy access to the clutch for maintenance.
The radiator shroud design promotes efficient airflow to the radiator, enhancing cooling performance.

The high-performance, 112cc, 2-stroke engine produces crisp, responsive power and offers proven durability to finish each ride with confidence. A 6-speed transmission and manual clutch allow racers to hone shifting skills for maximum performance.
Inspired by Kawasaki’s full-size motocross machines, the race-ready look is not only bold but functional. A new number plate, front fender, and fork guards create a modern front-end that completes the updated styling. The shrouds, black rims, and green alumite suspension adjusters round out the factory-inspired touches.
The minimalist bodywork, flat gas tank and slim, flat seat were designed to accommodate a wider range of riders and also facilitate rider movement while contributing to strong factory looks.
A new factory-style aluminum Renthal® Fatbar® handlebar contributes to weight reduction and improved shock absorption. ERGO-FIT® handlebar mounting adjustability offers a choice of 8 positions allowing riders to tailor their riding position. The handlebar is paired with ODI lock-on grips, offering excellent grip feel. In addition, newly designed footpegs were widened to provide excellent grip, improve mud-shedding capability, and facilitate weighting the pegs.
The handlebar grips were moved 50mm forward and widened by 35mm. Combined with footpegs lowered by 10mm, the larger rider triangle and wider handlebar create more room for active body movement.
